How it Works

ARM sensors simply connect over wifi connections via a SIM card or ethernet cable much like your cell phones and laptops.  The sensors are powered by a small battery located in the device and would need to be recharged at the end of every working day.

These sensors should be positioned in a clear and unobstructed area to minimize signal interference. The sensors capture data that is constantly being streamed by smart devices over WiFi signals.These signals contain a unique identifier for the device which we then use to build a picture of movement around the event.

In terms of Privacy, there is no way to identify a specific person to the data being collected making it one of the most secure and unobtrusive ways to collect data. The data is only statistical information and contains no personal information.

The encrypted data is then sent to the cloud where its ready to be accessed for reporting. ARMs dashboard provide built-in reports and features to allow you to customize reports. The dashboard can be accessed at home or in the office any time you want just by logging in online, like you would if you were to sign in to an online email provider. There is no need to download software or have specialized tech people install anything to any of your devices.

The best part is if there are any upgrades to the software it happens over-the-air automatically. This means no one is required to make any cumbersome updates or check compatibility of hardware or software.
